Returns Policy
This policy explains how shops report problems with goods delivered through StoreFiller and how those reports are resolved. It forms part of the Terms of Use. Because goods are bought for resale, returns are accepted for problems with the goods as delivered, not because they did not sell.
In this document "StoreFiller", "we", "us" and "our" mean Atavishaala Agro Exports Private Limited, the company that operates the StoreFiller mobile apps, the partner portal at partner.storefiller.in and the website at storefiller.in (together, the "Platform").

1. What you can report
You can report an order if the goods were, at delivery:
- damaged: broken, crushed, torn, leaking, wet or with a damaged outer carton;
- wrong: a different product, brand, flavour or pack size from what you ordered, or not matching the description on the product page;
- missing or short: fewer cartons, packs or units than the invoice, or an item missing entirely;
- expired or short-dated: past their expiry date, or food with less remaining shelf life than the law requires at delivery;
- wrongly labelled: MRP, net quantity or other mandatory details missing, or not matching what the app showed;
- defective or of unacceptable quality: spoiled, infested, tampered with, or with a manufacturing defect.
2. Time limit
- Report the problem from the order in the app within 48 hours of delivery.
- Damage to the outer carton, wrong items and missing cartons should be checked at handover and, if found, the goods refused or reported straight away.
- A hidden defect that could not reasonably have been seen within 48 hours, for example inside a sealed inner pack, may be reported later, as soon as you notice it. Include the reason it could not be seen earlier.
3. How to report
- Open the order in My Orders and tap Report an issue.
- Choose the items and the problem, and give the quantity affected.
- Add photos and, where helpful, a video (see section 4).
- Submit. You can follow the report's status on the order.
If you cannot use the app, call +91 87488 21287 or email support@storefiller.in with your registered mobile number and order reference.
4. Proof we need
- Photos showing the order reference or invoice, the package as delivered, and the problem itself: the damage, the expiry date, the wrong item or the label.
- For a sealed carton, a missing quantity or tampering, a short unboxing video that shows all sides of the carton, its label, the opening and the contents. This lets us approve the report quickly.
- For expiry or labelling problems, a clear close-up of the date or label.
- Keep the goods, their packaging and the invoice until the report is closed. We may ask for more information or call you.
5. What happens next
- We review the report with the Seller, usually within 2 business days, and tell you the outcome in the app.
- If goods need to come back, we arrange a pickup from your shop at no cost to you. Hand over the goods in the condition you reported them, with their packaging.
- The goods may be inspected when they reach the Seller, normally within 2 business days of pickup.
- If the report is approved, you receive, as appropriate, a replacement, a refund for the affected goods, or wallet credit. Refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- For missing goods, we check the Seller's dispatch records and the handover record before approving.
- If the report is rejected, we tell you why. You can ask for it to be reviewed under Grievance Redressal.
6. What cannot be returned
- Goods that did not sell, or that you no longer need.
- Goods that are opened, used, damaged or stored badly after delivery, or that are not in their original packaging, unless the problem was inside the sealed pack.
- Goods reported after the time limit in section 2, except hidden defects as described there.
- Goods whose problem was caused by you or your customers.
- Goods that do not match the order, invoice or report, or whose quantity at pickup is less than reported.
7. Misuse
False reports, reused photos and repeated unfounded claims may lead to reports being refused, credits being reversed, and the account being restricted as set out in the Terms of Use.
